BeatGate Partner Subscription & Refund Policy
Official HGD Media Group Subsidiary Protocol
1. Membership Subscription Terms
By subscribing to the Open Gate, Artisan, Standard, or Prestige tiers, the Partner acknowledges that they are purchasing access to a proprietary digital infrastructure.
- Immediate Value: Upon successful payment, the Partner receives immediate access to the BeatGate Dashboard, Event Creation Tools, and HGD Media Group’s zero-fee transaction engine.
- Non-Refundable Status: Due to the digital nature of the services provided, all membership fees ($29, $99, $249) are strictly non-refundable.
2. The “3-Event” & “10-Event” Capacity Rules
- Downgrades: If a Partner chooses to downgrade their tier (e.g., Prestige to Artisan), the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for “unused” days.
- Over-Capacity: If a Partner is found to be circumventing event limits (Artisan: 3, Standard: 10), HGD Media Group reserves the right to suspend the account without a refund of the current month’s dues.
3. Ticket Revenue & Payouts
- Direct Payouts: BeatGate utilizes Stripe Connect. 100% of ticket revenue (minus the $0.50 – $1.50 maintenance fee) flows directly to the Partner’s connected bank account.
- Revenue Disputes: Because BeatGate does not hold the Partner’s funds, any fan-initiated chargebacks or refund disputes are the sole financial responsibility of the Partner.
- Platform Fee Integrity: The $0.50 – $1.50 maintenance fee earned by BeatGate is non-refundable in all circumstances, including event cancellations.
4. Event Cancellations by Partner
If a Partner cancels an event:
- The Partner is legally obligated to notify all ticket holders via the BeatGate platform.
- The Partner must initiate refunds via their Stripe dashboard.
- Failure to refund fans for a cancelled event will result in immediate termination of the BeatGate Partnership and a permanent ban from all HGD Media Group platforms.
5. Termination of Partnership
HGD Media Group reserves the right to terminate any partnership for “Conduct Unbecoming of The Gate,” including fraudulent event listings or failure to honor ticketed entries. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds for membership dues will be issued.
