- A: Tickets will be delivered to you via e-mail or availbale for download after purchase.

- A: All refunds are handled directly by the Event Promoter. Navigate to the event page and click “Contact Promoter” to initiate a request.

- A: Yes. Our Open Gate tier allows you to list one free or paid event per month at no membership cost.
