- A: Log in to Beat-Gate.com and click “My Tickets” in the top menu. Your active QR codes are stored in your secure digital wallet.
Q: How do I get a refund?
- A: All refunds are handled directly by the Event Promoter. Navigate to the event page and click “Contact Promoter” to initiate a request.
Q: Can I sell tickets for a free event?
- A: Yes. Our Open Gate tier allows you to list one free or paid event per month at no membership cost.
