BeatGate Fan Official Ticket Refund Policy

At BeatGate, our mission is to provide a transparent, high-integrity ticketing experience. Because we operate on a Zero-Fee model for consumers, our refund process is straightforward and fair.

1. The Zero-Fee Guarantee

BeatGate does not add “Service Fees” or “Convenience Fees” at checkout. Therefore, in the event of an approved refund, the customer is eligible to receive 100% of the face value of the ticket as displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Event Promoter Responsibility

BeatGate is the infrastructure provider for independent event promoters and HGD Media Group subsidiaries.

  • Promoter Discretion: All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the specific Event Promoter.
  • Contacting Promoters: To request a refund, fans should navigate to the [Events] page, click on the specific event, and use the “Contact Promoter” button to initiate a request.

3. Cancelled or Postponed Events

  • Cancellations: If an event is officially cancelled by the promoter, a full refund of the ticket face value will be processed automatically to the original method of payment.
  • Postponements: If an event is rescheduled, your BeatGate Digital Pass will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must request a refund from the promoter within 72 hours of the postponement announcement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform Maintenance Fee: While fans are not charged a service fee, a small platform maintenance fee ($0.50 – $1.50) is deducted from the promoter’s gross to cover secure transaction processing. This fee is earned at the time of the original transaction and is non-refundable.
  • Abuse of Policy: HGD Media Group reserves the right to suspend the accounts of users who exhibit a pattern of “serial refunding” or fraudulent chargeback behavior.

5. How to Access Your Refund

Once a refund is approved by the promoter, the funds will be returned to your original payment method (Credit Card/Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
